These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SyllabusStudy website, application, software, and related services ("SyllabusStudy," the "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using SyllabusStudy, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use SyllabusStudy.

5. AI FEATURES

SyllabusStudy uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features.

AI-generated information may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it, submitting it, or using it for important decisions.

SyllabusStudy does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be:

6. HUMANIZE FEATURE

SyllabusStudy may provide a Humanize feature that rewrites text to make it sound more natural or conversational.

The Humanize feature is a writing-assistance tool.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the feature complies with:

•Their school's academic-integrity policies

•Their instructor's requirements

•Applicable laws

•Applicable institutional rules

SyllabusStudy does not guarantee that humanized text will be classified in any particular way by an AI detector or other third-party system.

7. EMAIL INTEGRATIONS

SyllabusStudy may allow you to connect third-party email accounts.

When you connect an email account, you authorize SyllabusStudy to access the information and perform the actions permitted by the permissions you approve.

You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested by each email provider before authorizing access.

You may disconnect supported email accounts through SyllabusStudy's available settings.

SyllabusStudy does not guarantee that every email provider or every email feature will always be supported.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use SyllabusStudy to:

You are responsible for understanding and following the rules of your school, university, instructor, testing center, or other educational institution.

If your institution prohibits the use of AI for a particular assignment, exam, or activity, you are responsible for following those rules.

10. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PRO FEATURES

SyllabusStudy may offer free and paid subscription plans.

Paid plans may provide access to additional features, including Pro features.

Prices, billing periods, features, and limitations will be displayed before purchase.

Subscription features may change over time.

11. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

SyllabusStudy may not directly store complete payment-card information.

You agree to provide accurate billing information when purchasing a subscription.

12. CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by SyllabusStudy or the applicable payment platform.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated during purchase, cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a previously completed billing period.

Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

SyllabusStudy and its software, branding, logos, design, features, code, and other materials are owned by SyllabusStudy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit SyllabusStudy's proprietary materials without permission.

14. FEEDBACK

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations about SyllabusStudy, you grant SyllabusStudy permission to use that feedback to improve the Service without owing you compensation, provided that doing so does not disclose your private personal information contrary to our Privacy Policy.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

SyllabusStudy may depend on third-party services for functionality such as:

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyllabusStudy and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. INDEMNIFICATION
