Welcome to SyllabusStudy ("SyllabusStudy," "we," "us," or "our"). SyllabusStudy is a student productivity and academic organization platform that helps users manage classes, assignments, schedules, study materials, email, and other academic information.

We use uploaded files to provide features you request, such as organization, searching, summarization, studying assistance, quizzes, flashcards, and other academic tools.
CONNECTED EMAIL ACCOUNTS
SyllabusStudy may allow you to connect supported email accounts, including Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft accounts, and other supported email providers.
If you choose to connect an email account, SyllabusStudy may access information permitted by the authorization you provide.
Depending on the provider and permissions you grant, this may include:
Email messages
Email sender and recipient information
Subject lines
Email content
Attachments
Drafts
Labels or folders
Email metadata
SyllabusStudy only accesses connected email accounts after you authorize the connection.
You can disconnect a connected email account through the available SyllabusStudy account settings.
GOOGLE USER DATA
If you connect a Google account or Gmail account, SyllabusStudy may receive Google user data necessary to provide the features you authorize.
SyllabusStudy's use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
SyllabusStudy does not sell Google user data.
SyllabusStudy does not use Google user data for advertising.
SyllabusStudy does not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to providing the SyllabusStudy functionality that you request.

3. AI FEATURES
SyllabusStudy may provide AI-powered features, including:

Information you submit to an AI-powered feature may be processed by SyllabusStudy and/or third-party AI service providers that help us provide that feature.

Users should not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information into AI features unless SyllabusStudy specifically requests and supports that information.
4. EMAIL DATA
If you connect an email account, SyllabusStudy uses the permissions you grant to provide email-related functionality.
Depending on the provider and permissions you authorize, SyllabusStudy may be able to:
Read emails
Compose emails
Send emails
Create drafts
Organize or modify emails
Access email attachments
Search email
SyllabusStudy will not sell connected email information.
SyllabusStudy will not use connected email information for advertising.
SyllabusStudy will not use connected email information for unrelated purposes.
Where technically possible, SyllabusStudy will request only the permissions necessary for the feature being used.
5. GOOGLE LIMITED USE
SyllabusStudy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data will only be used to provide or improve the user-facing functionality that you authorize.
Google user data will not be used for advertising.
Google user data will not be sold.
Google user data will not be transferred to third parties except as permitted by Google's policies and as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate SyllabusStudy, such as providers for:

9. DISCONNECTING EMAIL ACCOUNTS
You can disconnect a connected email account from SyllabusStudy.
When you disconnect an account, SyllabusStudy will stop requesting access to that account through the connection.
Disconnecting an account does not necessarily delete information that was previously stored in your SyllabusStudy account. If you want that information deleted, you may need to delete it through SyllabusStudy or request account/data deletion.

Depending on the features available to you, you may be able to:
Access your information
Edit your account information
Delete uploaded files
Disconnect connected accounts
Delete your SyllabusStudy account
Control notifications
Manage connected services
Request deletion of personal information
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
SyllabusStudy is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to SyllabusStudy, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should use SyllabusStudy with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
SyllabusStudy may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, email providers, cloud services, payment providers, and AI providers.

SyllabusStudy is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that you choose to connect.
